End User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement is a legal contract between you and YGTECT Yazılım for the application. By installing or using the application you agree to these terms.

1. Grant of License

YGTECT Yazılım grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Rent, lease, or sell the application
• Remove copyright notices
• Use the application for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The application is licensed, not sold. All intellectual-property rights remain with YGTECT Yazılım.

4. Updates

YGTECT Yazılım may provide updates. Such updates are subject to this agreement.

5. Store Terms

If you obtained the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, those store terms also apply:

• Google Play Terms

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The application is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no warranties, express or implied, are given.

7. Limitation of Liability

YGTECT Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate this agreement; you must then delete the application.
